Build decks together, present like a pro

A presentation is rarely one person's work. Someone lays out the rooms, someone else fixes the pricing slide, and the principal wants one last pass before the client meeting. Until now, that meant taking turns. Now everyone can be in the same deck at the same time.

Open a deck and you'll see who else is in it. Edits from teammates land live, slide by slide, as they make them. Comments work the way you'd expect: reply, resolve, and @mention a teammate to pull them in. Undo covers every edit, including typing, grouped the way you worked, so one press takes back one change.

Every slide now has speaker notes, tucked in a bar under the canvas. They're yours alone: notes never appear in share links, the client viewer, print, or exports. When it's time to present, press P. The presenter view opens beside your audience window with the current slide, a preview of what's next, your notes in large type, a running timer and the clock. Advance from there and the audience window follows.

Your best decks can become your starting point. Choose Save as template from any deck's ⋯ menu and it becomes a workspace template the whole team can start from in the New presentation dialog. Templates keep layouts, text, images and notes, and leave product cards behind, since those belong to a project's schedule.

New decks also open looking like yours. Start from Blank and Tailor applies your workspace's brand automatically: your brand font as the deck's fonts, your brand color as its accent, and a cover slide with your logo, the deck title and your studio name.

And before a big round of changes, save a version. History keeps named snapshots of the deck, and restoring one creates a copy beside the original, so nothing anyone is working on gets overwritten.

All of it is live now on every plan. Open any deck, invite a teammate in, and press P when you're ready.
