Floor plan design, by Tailor
Room to imagine.
Precision to create.
From the first line to the feeling of a finished space.
Floor plans, AI, and your real products. Beautifully connected.

01 / A thoughtful foundation
Great spaces don’t
happen by chance.
Draw the room. Define the details. Place the pieces you’ve actually sourced. Every decision starts with a plan you can build on.
Designed at real scaleA solid starting point.
Draw from scratch or upload a plan. Set the scale, then make the space your own.
Details that make it real.
Walls, openings, windows, and dimensions. A clear foundation for every room.
Your products. In their place.
Real dimensions, considered orientation, and a product legend that keeps everything connected.
02 / An intelligent design partner
A little “what if.”
A whole new possibility.
Describe what you have in mind. AI Layout helps translate your ideas into edits, without taking the design out of your hands.
- Preview changes before you apply them
- Keep every element editable
- Undo an AI edit in a single step
Try a small change in the example
“Angle the lounge chairs toward the sofa.”
From layout to lived-in
The plan is the point.
The render should follow.
Product positions. Facing directions. Room proportions. Tailor brings your layout into the rendering process, with checks against the plan to help keep the vision grounded.

The finer details.
Can I start with an existing floor plan?
Yes. Upload an existing plan or draw a layout in Tailor. Calibrate an uploaded plan against a known measurement before placing products or checking clearances.
How does AI help me design a layout?
Describe a change in natural language. AI Layout proposes edits to the plan, which you can preview before applying. Accepted changes stay editable, and you can undo them as a single step.
How do renders follow my floor plan?
Tailor uses your plan, product positions, dimensions, and facing directions to guide room renderings. Layout checks help identify mismatches. AI visuals still need your review; they are not a guarantee of exact geometry or a substitute for construction documents.
What is Humanizer?
Humanizer transforms a floor plan into a furnished, photoreal top-down view. Choose a Natural, Neutral, or Warm palette, compare the result with the original plan, and keep versions as your design evolves.
Can I use the products I have already sourced?
Yes. Place products from your project or library on the plan. Product dimensions inform their footprints, and placement and orientation provide context for visualization. Verify dimensions against manufacturer specifications before ordering.
Can I share plans with clients and installers?
Yes. Share a plan by link, control its expiry, and choose whether to include pricing. A product legend keeps selections easy to identify, and PDF export gives you a portable copy.
