Share a project, not the whole studio

Not everyone on a project should see everything on it. A contract designer needs the schedule, not your fee. A junior designer needs the rooms, not the billable rates. Until now, adding someone to your workspace meant showing them the whole studio.

Access now works project by project. When you invite someone to a project, choose what they can reach there. Full access gives them everything their team role allows. Standard is the design work, with no invoices, costs or billable rates. Restricted is design surfaces only, with no proposals, agreements, financials or rendering.

Or go area by area. Every area is a clear checkbox: Proposals, Agreements, Invoices & payments, Procurement costs, Billable rates and Visualizer renders. Access here only ever narrows what someone's team role allows, and it never adds to it. When an area is off because of their role, it's shown locked, with a note on where to change it.

Everyone is visible at a glance. The project header shows the faces of the people on it, with a + to share. Open Share and People with access lists each person with their access level, which you can change in place. Every change is recorded.

It fixes an old gap, too. Team members now see the proposals, agreements and invoices of the projects they're on, not every one in the workspace. People invited to a single project can leave it themselves. You can invite a client from the same dialog, and they get your client portal, not a team seat.

Project access is live now for every workspace with a team. Open Share on any project to set it.
