Markup, set once and right everywhere
Set a project markup, override it line by line, and every schedule, PDF, Excel export, share link and deck shows the same client price.

Markup is where trust gets tested. If the PDF says one number, the shared link says another and the spreadsheet says a third, the client stops believing any of them. And if a document accidentally prints your cost, that's a harder conversation still.
Markup now works from one rule, everywhere. Set a Designer Markup on the project, and override it on any line when a piece needs a different margin. Leave a line's markup blank and it inherits the project's. Enter 0 and it's a deliberate no-markup line, not a forgotten one.
Work in costs and see client prices. Edit the cost in a price cell and the client price appears right there. On the schedule, the Price column's options include Include markup ("Adds the project's 20% to Price and Total") for when you want the table to show client figures. Unit prices are rounded once, so Price × Qty always equals Total.
Every export now agrees. Schedule PDFs, shared schedule links and Excel exports all show the client price, never your cost, with the same columns in the same order, keeping your grouping and sort. Presentations show the same live client prices on every product card.
Schedules got more flexible alongside it. Custom columns can belong to a single schedule, and you can move a selection of items between schedules, not just between rooms.
Live now on every plan. Open Edit project, set your markup, and export anything to see it hold.
